ASHBURN™ Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the intimate nature of our products. For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on adult toys, lingerie, bodysuits, cosplay items, or any items that have been opened, worn, or used.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number and clear photo evidence. If approved, resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Orders that are refused at delivery, returned to sender, or marked undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failure to claim the package, or customer refusal will be treated as final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Reshipping fees may apply if the customer requests redelivery. Any refund issued in these cases is not guaranteed and may be reduced to account for shipping, handling, and restocking costs.

For U.S. orders, any approved return or resolution is handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers may be responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments due to high shipping costs, customs fees, and logistics. Orders refused due to customs duties or import taxes will not be refunded. Any approved exception will be handled at our discretion and typically offered as a partial refund or replacement only. Return shipping is not covered under any circumstance.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ashburn@ashburnstudio.com.

ASHBURN™ reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
